Building Capacity Building Power, a project of The Praxis Project, is an effort to empower community based organizations to develop and lead voter outreach campaigns in state, local, and federal elections. Working in partnership with national networks across the country, our goal is to increase civic participation within under represented communities/constituencies across the United States.

Our online resource center offers grassroots organizers a comprehensive voter outreach tool kit including: plan development guides, reporting templates, constituency organizing guides, outreach materials, legal guidelines, volunteer recruitment and management tools, sample scripts, sample hiring forms and guidelines, and voter contact formulas among other useful vote outreach tools.
